A passive VR photic-stimulation experience using flickering patterns and binaural audio to support relaxation, focus, or creative states.
ℹ️Experience Information
About the experience
Brain Candy by The Light Clinic offers audio-visual sessions of different intensities. Begin with a Moderate option and use only after the standard showcase photosensitivity screening.
🌀 Context Engineering Tips:
Here are some recommendations for optimizing your Brain Candy experience:
- Set the right environment: Use Brain Candy in a quiet, dimly lit room with minimal distractions to maximize immersion.
- Start with shorter sessions: Begin with 10-15 minute sessions and gradually increase duration as you become more comfortable with the experience.
- Mind the intensity levels: Pay attention to the intensity ratings and start with "Moderate" candies before moving towards more "Intense" options.
- Set intentions: Before starting, take a moment to set a clear intention for your session (relaxation, creativity, energy boost).
- Use comfortable seating: A supportive chair or cushion where you can sit upright with good posture enhances the experience, or alternatively laydown and recenter the visuals with the grip button
- Practice controlled breathing: Sync your breath with the visual and audio patterns to deepen the experience.
- Close your eyes occasionally: Even in VR, sometimes closing your eyes while listening to the binaural beats can enhance the internal experience.
- Journal after sessions: Record your experiences, insights, and changes in perception to track benefits over time.
- Allow integration time: Schedule 10-15 minutes of quiet reflection after your session before returning to regular activities.
