Context Engineering Tips:

Sacred Space Preparation: Find a quiet, comfortable environment where you can remain undisturbed for the duration of the experience. Consider creating an altar with meaningful objects, plants, or images that connect you to the sacredness of the journey.
Digital Dieta: Similar to the traditional ayahuasca dieta, consider reducing digital stimulation for 24-48 hours before your session. Limit social media, news consumption, and intense visual content to allow your mind to settle into a receptive state.
Intention Setting: Take time before launching the experience to formulate a clear but open intention. Write it down. Approach with humble curiosity rather than demanding specific outcomes.
Surrender: The shamanic visionary states depicted may trigger resistance or fear. Practice letting go. The experience unfolds most profoundly when you release control and trust the journey, even through challenging visuals or sensations.
Breath Awareness: Your breath is an anchor throughout the experience. If visuals become overwhelming, return to slow, deep breathing. This mirrors how ayahuasca practitioners use breath work during ceremonies.
Integration Time: Allow 30-60 minutes after the experience to sit quietly, journal, draw, or meditate on what arose. Ask yourself, what would I like to bring back from this experience? Insights may continue unfolding for days afterward, consider keeping a journal during this period.
Ceremonial or Ritual Framing: Consider bookending your experience with simple rituals that honor the sacred nature of this journey,https://astreaimmersive.io/full-line-up/ayahuasca/ perhaps lighting a candle before beginning and expressing gratitude after concluding.
